The FISH Ministry
of New Town UMC will accept donations of food and clothing each week.
Items that are in need:
Cereals
(Cheerios, Cornflakes, Frosted Flakes, Oatmeal, Grits, Cream of Wheat)
Canned
meat/meals such as: beef stew, chicken &
dumplings, ravioli, spam, canned ham, tuna & salmon etc.
Peanut Butter
(Jiff and Skippy)
Jelly
(Grape & Apple)
Please be a blessing to
those in need by bringing a canned or box item each week to church and leave
in the front hall by the sign. And when you clean out your closets and
pantries remember to bring those items to the church for FISH. Each
week Shirley Watts will take the items to FISH, who will distribute
to those in need. Jesus said in Matthew 25: 35 & 36 “For I was hungry and
you gave Me food. . .I was naked and you clothed Me. . “
